Persian Cabbage

 Serves 4-6

5 Mins Prep, 15 mins cooking


- 1/2 small sliced finely cabbage
- 2 onions 50 grams of butter
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp.  pomegranate molasses (optional)



In a large pan on stove top place the butter and Onions to pan then cook until soft add salt, all spices and cranberries, mix in and cook for 2 minutes, add sugar and if using pomegranate molasses add now then add sliced cabbage and mix through. Continue to cook until cabbage has softened.
