Super Green & Clean Smoothie

 

This recipe has had fruit added to it in order to provide a sweeter taste, however you can omit the fruit and add more green (such as Zucchini, baby cos lettuce, kiwi fruit) to make it even more cleansing!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach Leaves

  • ½ cup Mint leave

  • 1cm Ginger (finely chopped)

  • 1/4 Avocado

  • ½ Lime, juiced

  • 100g Cucumber

  • 1/2 cup of mango or banana
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup water (if prefer a thin consistency)

Process:

  1. Combine all in blender until smooth
  2. Pour into glass and enjoy!

Tip: If you want to save time in the mornings put the ingredients in a resealable bag and store in the freezer (defrosting the night before).  That way you can get the items out and just blend it together!
